Shipping & returns

Thank you for shopping with us.  We hope you are happy with your purchase.  We check every item carefully before packing them for the journey to you.  Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving them.  If you noticed any defect or you aren’t happy with your purchase, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your package.  We will do our best to make it right. 

We offer exchange or store credit (which never expires), no refund.
The return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

 

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN:

Please email us at webs[email protected] we will be able to direct you on how to process the return and if it is still eligible to be returned. Notify us within 2 days of receiving the package of your intention to return

  • All sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • The package needs to arrive at the store within 14 days of you receiving it.
  • Items must be new, unworn, unused, unwashed, with all the original tags attached, and in the original packaging…in resalable condition
  • The return freight is customer’s responsibility
  • We will cover the return shipping cost ONLY if the return is a result of our error (ie: wrong item was shipped).

Alternatively, items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item(s) at our store. Please present your original receipt and the item must be returnable as per the above specifications.

SHIPPING:

We use Canada Post Xpresspost, which typically delivers within 2 - 7 business days and includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages that have been delayed by Canada Post.

  • Canadian orders $200 and over: FREE
  • Ontario: $15
  • Other provinces: $20
